Requirements

The requirements for newbie support scales with your level.

Newcomer: In this instance, you need to make sure that the one you're supporting has enough vitality to acquire the reward in the dungeon or, in other cases, like world bosses, have a chance for reward.

Support: This scale is progressively based on your current level; generally, I found that somewhere around 3 to 4 levels below your current one means that those you are helping cannot be considered newbies. The CS requirements are a bit harder to calculate, but it generally tends to be what the game expects you for CS at the current level that you are in.

When you support a newer player or what the game considers a beginner, then you gain a flat 150 points if there is one player who is new present. This means you have to support a player 10 times to cap out for the day.
