Despite this, the violent crime rate remained high. Ultimate Life Holdings recognized this as a business opportunity and so, the Forensic 3.6 Doll came into being. As part of the first batch of Forensic 3.6 forensic investigator Dolls, Rise acted as an outside consultant to a police station in the Netherlands. After Project Neural Cloud started, she was recommended by her employer and selected as a tester for her impressive talents.
