Introduction to vitality

For those who just unlocked vitality or stamina, if that's a bit more familiar for you, this is the currency that recharges each day and can be consumed by doing various tasks in exchange for other items. The challenges are different, and in the guide, we'll introduce you to these different trials.

The menu where you can consume vitality can be accessed by hitting the dual swords icon and then Select.

So, which one should I do?

Refer to the said image above.

As you read, the reasoning for the assessment will be outlined in each of the task's sections.

Joint Operations

Primarily for Matrices and Armor.

The gameplay section will be outlined later, but the menus here indicate the difficulties that you can choose, and then the different days certain areas will be open. Difficulties, where you can get unique materials that are not accessible commonly within the world, are only past 37, and you can argue 43. This will be a 4-player-based dungeon, and you will be matching with other players if you're not with a 4-player party of your own.

You can still do Joint Operations without consuming stamina just do not collect any of the chests if a mission requires you to do one of these. My suggestion is to wait until you get to level 43 or 37.

In the future, however, this will be very important as it's the primary way to get Matrices and gear for your character. It effectively supplements your Matrices rolls, which is, of course, especially important if you're free to play.

Above showcases the reward for difficulty 5 (level 43). Different areas have different dungeons and bosses.

Wait till level 37 or 43, and then these become a high priority due to the dropping of Matrices and Gear.

Gameplay

The general gameplay here is that you are set into a preset dungeon where you have to solve "puzzles", kill enemies, and then one final boss to finish the road. Sometimes there may be mini-bosses along the way as well.

You can generally open multiple 3-4 chests, which consume 30 vitality each, barring one that has a chance to return the outlined materials depending on the difficulty you choose.

The green chest is the free chest you gain from killing the boss.

Dimensional Trials

Primarily weapon EXP with weapon material selector or DP (Matrix EXP).

Dimensional Trials are split into two sections weapon drill and Matrix Drill. Weapon drills are more for weapon battery EXP with the extra weapon material selection boxes, while Matrix Drills are only for Matrix EXP.

Weapon Drills

Rewards These are a decently high priority as they will give a selector, which is convenient compared to Interstellar, which only drops one mat and gives you more EXP.

I would allocate these as high priorities to do.

Matrix Drill

Rewards

Priority early on is low, but I would rate these as a medium-high priority, with the priority increasing the more Matrices you would want to level. However, I would try not to farm these as much as the other drills.

Gameplay

The general gameplay of both the weapon and matrix drills is just a short mini-dungeon where you only have to battle a few mobs, and is pretty short overall.

Interstellar Exploration

Primarily weapon material with weapon EXP.

Interstellar Exploration is much more targeted than weapon drills when it comes to materials, but they can get much higher rates of a single material depending on the rarity you find. The priority of these is high, but my suggestion would be to find ones that are rarity 2 or 3.

Tip

You can find in the Recruit section of chat those who have rarity 2 to 3 explorations which, of course, is a great boon as instead of 3, you can acquire 5 of the specific material. Your star gates will also be displayed for other people if you don't que and join it on your own, just for reference.

Omnium Beacon

less time-consuming game mode that gives weapon exp, matrix exp, and weapon mats at worse returns than dimensional trials due to the shorter time investment.

How the omnium beacon works are that you'll have to place the beacon in a spot where you don't think other adventuring players can find it and later on claim the rewards in the hopes no one has claimed one. Of course, keep in mind that the rewards in general for this are much worse than doing a dimensional trial, so I would not recommend it unless you don't have the time.

Note, however, that the one instance where it is recommendable is if you're trying to wait for the next set of levels for your other vitality drains. This is because the omnium beacon rewards scale with your level, not when you place your beacons.

I would try not to do this trial unless you don't have enough time to. Play the others.

Omnium beacon rewards scale with your level, not when you place your beacons.

Spacetime Domain

Primary way to acquire Gold Currency in the game.

The trials change from difficulty to difficulty; of course, the reward is more money.

Early on, I would not touch the spacetime domain until you are likely up to difficulty 3, where you are Gold gated.

The game is relatively forgiving for gold as long as you don't spend too much of it on leveling many weapons. So this dungeon is a relatively medium priority for most players.

Gameplay

You're set in a dungeon and have to navigate it to get to an end boss. There is no need to fight the mobs at all since you get a flat rate of the reward specified; all you have to do is kill the boss within the time limit. The time limit is very forgiving, so there is no need to worry about that aspect. This is a solo mission, so no one will be able to help you here.

Difficulty 2 dungeon; boss Barbarossa

Difficulty 1 dungeon; boss Sobek

Early on, you shouldn't be gated by gold; I'd only touch this domain once you're past difficulty 2, in which case you'd do it on a by-need basis.
